CHIP one year program includes initial Heart Screen (including labs), 4 week Quick Start program, 2nd Heart Screen (including labs), 11 month of support and motivational programs, & final Heart Screen (including labs).  Dates given are for the Quick Start part of the program. Initial Heart Screen will be on the Friday before the start of Quick Start.
